Argentina, en pleno conocimiento de que los datos que por la
presente
aporto constituyen un elemento determinante de la voluntad de la
Administración, declaro bajo juramento:
1.- Que no poseo antecedentes policiales y/o penales en el orden nacional
y/o internacional.
2.- Que no pesa sobre mí la prohibición de reingreso en la República
Argentina ni en otro país.
3.- Que no realicé ni realizo actos que puedan comprometer la seguridad, el
orden público o la paz social y que, en definitiva, no
registro
antecedentes de ningún tipo que puedan incluirme en las inhabilidades e
impedimentos previsto en el Reglamento de
Migración que declaro conocer.
4.- Que no soy Asilado Político en la República.
5.- Que conozco y acepto que la falsedad o reticencia de esta declaración o
en la documentación acreditada importará la nulidad
de pleno derecho de
la radicación que se me otorgue, la declaración de ilegalidad de mi permanencia
y la conminación a fin de
que haga abandono del
país o mi expulsión, en razón de que ésta, mi declaración jurada, es tenida en
cuenta por la Direccion
Nacional de Migraciones como elemento de juicio determinante para resolver
mi pedido.

TRANSLATION:
As applicant for a Temporary Residence in
decision of the Administration, I declare under oath:
1.- That I have no national or international
police or criminal record.
2.- That there exists no prohibition to my
re-entry to Argentina or any other country.
3.- That I have committed no acts that may
threaten the public safety, public order or social peace, and that I have no
prior records whatsoever that would
make me not eligible in accordance with the
Immigration Regulations, which I declare to know.
4.-That I will not be a political refugee in
Argentina.
5.- That I acknowledge and accept that any false
statement or any information withheld regarding this declaration or the
documentation presented will result
in annulment of the granting of full rights to permanent
residence to me, the illegality of my stay and under threat of having to leave
the country, or even my
expulsion, since this declaration will be taken into
consideration by the Immigration Authorities as a determining element of judgement in the granting of my
request.
